I really love this time of year. The anticipation of the NCAA Tournament is my most favorite thing. As usual, the conference tournaments didn't disappoint. It seemed like every Big East game went down to the wire, including the finals which was just an amazingly well-played game by both West Virginia and Georgetown. Miss St. choked big time yesterday by letting Kentucky fight back, tie it up at the buzzer, and eventually win in overtime.
Overall I thought the selection committee did a good job picking the field of 65. There were some snubs (Miss St, Zona St, Va Tech, etc) but it's impossible to get a field of 65 100% right. So for the most part I think they did well, and in some breaking news, I think the tournament's gonna be good this year.
